West Ocean City, MD
This hotel is located just outside of downtown Ocean City. We were able to get to the boardwalk in less than 10 minutes. This stay was during the off season. I can imagine that traffic would increase the drive to the beach. Overall, this was a nice hotel and my family enjoyed the breakfast!

Nice room and good service
The room was comfortable and clean. There were enough outlets for all the electronics, but I would've liked a couple more near the bed (for CPAP, phone charger, and Kindle charger). The temperature was just right. The breakfast was pretty good. Love the pancake maker. Bacon is par for the course at most breakfast bars. The lady who took care of the breakfast room gave special attention by filling a cup of ice for us to make iced coffee.

Hello just wanted you to know your staff was very friendly and super helpful. From the very first phone call was a good experience. I spoke to a gentleman I think his name was Ty something . I spoke to him in the evening one night. However when I got to the hotel I asked for him and the front desk knew who I was talking about and told me he will be in that evening. I eventually did get to see and thank him personally myself though. He was a very friendly guy and seems to be a great asset to your company. You also had a slightly older lady and a young lady working that Saturday morning they were wonderful. Your whole team was great and I enjoyed my stay. Thanks so much!

Courteous staff
Brandon and chad were very friendly and accommodating during the most difficult time of our lives. We needed to block rooms for a funeral and they made the process to accommodate friends and family so easy. They were so courteous and friendly and expressed their deepest sympathy, and bent over backwards to make our stay comfortable. And we love Cynthia Howard Who did a great job in preparing the food. She was just wonderful
